Sourcesmart was founded by a consultant whose business made cold calls to large companies on behalf of suppliers - trying to get them seen, heard, and considered.
But time after time, it became clear: reception and operators were overwhelmed by triaging cold calls, inboxes of staff were chaotic and great suppliers were slipping through the net due to the sheer volume of noise.
The system wasn’t working for companies or suppliers. So she built a better one.
